Terms of Service
Effective Date: 28 August 2026
Welcome to Prompt Scripter (“the Service”), operated by Javier Aguilar Martín, trading as AGILabs (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our browser extension, website, and related services.
By installing or using Prompt Scripter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
-
Trader: Javier Aguilar Martín, an individual trading as AGILabs.
-
Address: 82 Chatterton Road, BR2 9QE, United Kingdom.
-
Email: info@javieraguilar.ai — the fastest way to reach us, and the address to use for anything at all, including complaints and cancellations.
AGILabs is a trading name. It is not a registered company, and there is no company number. You are dealing with an individual sole trader established in the United Kingdom.
Any sales tax, VAT or GST on a Pro subscription is charged and remitted by Stripe, not by us — see section 4.
2. Overview of the Service
Prompt Scripter allows users to capture, store, and re-use their own prompts and responses from supported AI platforms (such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude, or Google’s Gemini).
-
The Service does not perform scraping or background harvesting.
-
Data storage occurs only when explicitly requested by the user and only for the chats the user initiates.
-
Users may export or delete their stored data at any time.
We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or any other AI provider, and your use of their services remains subject to their respective terms.
3. Plans
Prompt Scripter has two plans.
Free. Free to use, with no trial period and no expiry. It includes:
-
10 templates. A total for the life of the account, not a monthly figure. Deleting a template frees the slot.
-
20 runs per calendar month, counted in UTC. The count resets at the start of each calendar month. It is not pro-rated: if you sign up on the 28th you still get all 20 runs for that month, and 20 more on the 1st.
-
200 dataset rows per upload.
Pro. A single seat at one flat price, billed monthly, which lifts the free limits. Runs are counted the same way — per calendar month, in UTC — at an allowance set high enough that ordinary use does not reach it. What Pro includes is set out on our pricing page and shown in the extension.
We may change what each plan includes, including the free limits. If a change reduces what your plan gives you, we will tell you before it takes effect, by email or in the extension, and if you are a Pro subscriber you may cancel before it applies.
4. Who You Are Buying From
This section matters, so it is plain.
Pro is sold through Stripe, using Stripe’s Managed Payments. Under that arrangement Stripe is the merchant of record. For the purchase itself, your contract of sale is with Stripe: Stripe takes the payment, Stripe issues the receipt, and Stripe is responsible for charging and remitting any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are. That sale is governed by Stripe’s own terms, which you accept at Stripe’s checkout.
We provide the Service. These Terms govern your use of the software, not the sale of it. There are two relationships and they do not overlap: Stripe sells you the subscription, and we run the thing you subscribed to.
In practice:
-
Your card details never reach us. Stripe collects and holds them.
-
Your receipt and any invoice come from Stripe.
-
If something is wrong with the product — it does not work, it is not as described, you want it changed — write to info@javieraguilar.ai. That is our responsibility and we will deal with it.
-
If something is wrong with the payment — a charge you did not expect, a refund, a dispute — Stripe can act on it directly, and so can we. See section 7.
Stripe does not accept purchases from every country. A small number of jurisdictions are excluded by Stripe, and the list is Stripe’s to set and to change. If you are in one of them, you will not be able to complete checkout, and there is nothing we can do about that from our side.
5. Price, Billing and Renewal
-
Pro is one flat price for one seat, billed monthly. There is no annual plan, no per-run charge, and no usage metering.
-
The price is set and displayed by Stripe. Before you enter any payment details and before you are committed to anything, Stripe’s checkout page shows you the exact amount, the currency, and any tax that applies where you live. Nothing is charged until you confirm it there. If a figure shown anywhere else ever disagrees with Stripe’s checkout page, the checkout page is the one that governs.
-
The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel, at the same price, and Stripe charges the payment method you gave it.
-
If we change the price, we will tell you by email before the new price takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel Pro at any time. There is no minimum term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee.
To cancel, open the extension popup and use Manage plan, which takes you to Stripe's billing portal. Cancel there and it is done at once, with no request to make and no reply to wait for; when it stops is covered in the next paragraph. If you would rather not, or the control is not working for you, write to info@javieraguilar.ai and we will action it and confirm by email. Both routes do exactly the same thing.
Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not end the month you have already paid for. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period, and the account moves to the free plan the day after that period ends. We do not, by default, refund part of a month when you cancel partway through it — but see section 7, which may give you money back regardless.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over a short period. You keep Pro while it is retrying; we do not cut you off on the first failed attempt. If the retries end without a successful payment, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan under section 8.
7. Refunds
Three separate things can get you a refund. They stack, and the most generous one wins.
Our 14-day refund. If you are not happy with Pro, write to info@javieraguilar.ai within 14 days of a payment and we will arrange a full refund of that payment. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one. We offer this voluntarily; it is in addition to everything below and replaces none of it.
Stripe may refund you itself. Because Stripe is the merchant of record, Stripe can issue a refund on a purchase for up to 60 days after it was made, on its own initiative, including to head off a chargeback — and it can do so regardless of any narrower refund policy a seller has published. If Stripe refunds you, that decision is Stripe’s, you do not need our agreement, and we cannot overrule it.
Your statutory rights. If you are buying as a consumer, you have rights under the law where you live that neither we nor Stripe can cut down. In the UK and the EEA those include a cooling-off period on contracts made at a distance, and rights to a repair, a replacement or a refund if what you bought is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for its purpose, or not as described. Stripe applies the cooling-off rules that apply where you are. Nothing in this section limits any of that, and where the law gives you more than the 14 days above, the law wins.
How to ask. Email info@javieraguilar.ai. Tell us the email address on the account and roughly when you paid; you do not need the receipt. We will reply within five working days and, where a refund is due, ask Stripe to make it. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. You can also raise it with Stripe directly using the contact details on your receipt.
After a refund, the account returns to the free plan under section 8. Nothing you stored is deleted.
8. What Happens When You Go Back to the Free Plan
Whether you cancelled, a payment failed, or you were refunded, the rule is the same and there is only one of it.
Nothing is deleted. Not your templates, not your datasets, not your history.
If you are above a free limit when the account moves down — more templates than the free plan allows, say — everything you already have stays and stays usable. You can open it, read it, run it, export it, and delete it. What you cannot do is create more until you are back under the limit. The limit is a hard stop on creating new things, not a cut-off that removes existing ones.
The monthly run allowance behaves the same way. It applies to the calendar month you are in, resets at the start of the next one in UTC, and reaching it never deletes anything.
You can subscribe again at any time and pick up exactly where you left off.
9. User Responsibilities
-
You retain ownership of your prompts, datasets, and outputs.
-
You are solely responsible for the content you generate, upload, or store, including any personally identifiable information (“PII”).

-
Sharing or storing illegal content.

10. Data Storage & Retention

Deletions requested by you will appear immediate, but data may be retained briefly (within third-party providers’ retention policies) for:
-

We may update retention periods as required to stay consistent with the policies of AI suppliers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).
11. Privacy & Security
-
We provide tools to export or permanently delete your data.
-
Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, and sessions expire.

Nothing here affects the rights a consumer has under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent law where you live.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
-
Javier Aguilar Martín shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
-
Our total liability to you will not exceed the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the total amount paid for your Prompt Scripter subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, whether that amount was paid to Stripe as merchant of record or to us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you use the Service as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
-
Violate these Terms.
-
Misuse the Service or third-party AI platforms.
-
Engage in unlawful or abusive activity.
If we suspend or terminate a paid account for one of these reasons, we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for, unless the reason was unlawful activity on your part.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To end a paid subscription, see section 6.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes occur, we will notify you via the extension or website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
